NURS 791: Teaching in the Health Professions: Surviving + Thriving in Academia

Take this course that examines the transition from health profession clinician to educator and learn about the multiple dimensions of the educator role. Are you a health professions student interested in becoming an educator? Topics include:

• Exploration of professional, legal and ethical principles in higher education
• Orienting in the academic environment
• Thriving in an academic career.
